Transforming Suicide Care: A Culturally Infused Learning Collaborative for System-Wide Change

A yearly, cohort-based model supporting healthcare and behavioral health organizations in implementing end-to-end, culturally infused suicide care transformation.

Community Connections Psychological Associates (CCPA) partners with organizations to move beyond fragmented or one-time interventions toward fully integrated, system-wide suicide care—with structured support, practical tools, and culturally responsive implementation at every step.
This model is offered stand-alone, but is also highly applicable to organizations implementing structured models such as Zero Suicide. Either way, this program can serve as a structured pathway to support and strengthen your efforts.

FROM INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION TO SYSTEM-WIDE TRANSFORMATION

Building on CCPA’s consultation work in culturally responsive suicide care, this Learning Collaborative offers a cohort-based pathway for organizations seeking a more structured, scalable implementation model. Sites move through a guided, applied process while still receiving tailored consultation, practical tools, and peer learning.
